I think it must be time for me to surface I am in, sometimes, sunny South Africa and having a great time - son Matt and family are with us at the moment. It has just gone 9am here and we have just watched a pod of about 50 dolphins swimming and surfing the waves - absolutely amazing
Things don't happen very quickly out here and it took us over 6 weeks to get connected to the internet - but we are now so I will expect to hear from you all
Spare a thought for the poor people left behind in the cold and the fog! Oh, and actually quite a lot of sunshine for a British February. But don't you worry about us and tell your friends the Fosters not to worry either. We'll be fine over here. The Dunkirk spirit will prevail!! Jo
